Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. I understand emergencies happen, and will do my best to accommodate when possible.
