Cancellation Policy
To provide the best service to all clients, I kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling requests. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will be charged a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service. No shows will be charged 100% of the service price. Clients are allowed one reschedule per appointment with at least 48 hour notice. If an appointment is rescheduled more than once, a non-refundable deposit or full prepayment may be required to rebook. Excessive rescheduling affects availability for other clients and may result in limited future booking options. Thank you for respecting my time and the time of others. Clients who arrive 15 minutes late may need to reschedule, and a cancellation fee may apply. I understand emergencies happen, and will do my best to accommodate when possible.
